Dissolve Stress with EFT

EFT, or the Emotional Freedom Technique, has a remarkable ability to lower stress or eliminate it altogether. The results for learning, creating and healing are often astounding.

The technique was developed in 1995 by Gary Craig, a Stanford-educated engineer and NLP (neuro-linguistic programming) Master who discovered that:

The cause of ALL negative emotions is a disruption in the body's energy system.

Until these disruptions are healed, Gary found, we continue to experience stress, traumatic past events, and negative thought patterns with the same level of emotional intensity we did when they first occurred. This keeps us trapped in an endless cycle that is hard to change through thought, willpower or visualization techniques alone.

Tapping on Acupuncture Points

Gary discovered that by simply tapping on a small number of acupuncture points with intention, we can gently realign the body's energy system and (sometimes instantly) release the strong, negative emotions that keep us trapped in a particular experience or thought pattern.

The result is that people are able to resolve an amazing number of psychological and physical challenges.

This not only includes migraine headaches, allergies and phobias, but also difficulties with learning, creating, personal performance, weight loss, abundance and relationships!
